The OLA Education Manager and Education Coordinator are standing members who oversee scheduling and delivery of the Education Institute webinars and courses. The LAA Executive Director is a standing member who oversees the administration of the Continuing Education Certificate program. Additional committee members are chosen based on experience and expertise with an aim to represent the various library sectors.

- Recruit content ideas and speakers for webinars and courses
- Attend Education Committee meetings (6 - 12 per year, by teleconference)
- Prepare bi-annual reports for distribution to the Partnership board
