    • BCLA Mentorship Program - The BCLA Mentorship Program exists to connect and empower association members by fostering positive relationships in the library community. The program encourages sharing, and aims to promote leadership and commitment to the profession.

    • OLA Mentoring Committee - The Ontario Library Association Mentoring Program strives to link working professionals with students, new graduates and other library staff interested in a career in libraries and related fields. The Program matches mentors and mentees twice a year, once in the fall and again in the spring. The duration of the mentoring relationship is a minimum of 6 months. In some cases this may last longer depending the mentor and mentee.
